This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening.
Isolated thunderstorms will likely persist into the overnight
hours. The potential for severe weather is low, but strong storms
with locally heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and frequent lightning
will be possible.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected mainly in the
afternoon and evening each day through Friday, as well as on
Sunday and Monday, across portions of north and central Georgia.
Widespread severe weather is not anticipated at this time.


.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered to numerous storms will move west to east across the
area this afternoon into the early evening. A few stronger storms
with locally gusty winds and heavy downpours will be possible at
times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Scattered storms are probable Wednesday afternoon and evening,
some of which could be strong, but most likely non-severe.
Damaging winds are the main threat with any stronger storm. Also,
abundant moisture and potential for repeated storms could lead to
isolated flooding in low-lying and flood prone areas.
