EST THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
seas 4 to 7 ft expected.
* WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Surf City.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ahead of a strong cold front, moderately
strong southwesterly winds, and elevated seas, are expected to
impact the area Tuesday evening through Wednesday night. The
strongest winds are expected on Wednesday, with occasional gusts
of 30-35 kt possible over the warmest waters south of Cape
Hatteras.
