MONDAY...
...GALE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Gale Watch, southwest
  winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft
  possible.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Surf City.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 5 PM EST
  Monday. For the Gale Watch, from late Monday night through
  Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
