  will build to 4 to 6 ft Thursday evening.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Surf City.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 7 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
