  in frost formation away from Lake Michigan.

* WHERE...Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton, and Porter Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT /9 AM EDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
