...Near Record Cold This Morning...

Clear skies and nearly calm wind will allow temperatures to drop
quickly this morning before sunrise. Sub zero low temperatures
are expected, which will be near record lows for December 4th.
Any light wind that persists will push wind chills into the 15
to 25 below range for a few hours. If you are heading out this
morning, dress in layers, cover exposed skin, and limit the time
outdoors if possible.
