...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE NORWAY DAM FLOODGATE RELEASE REMAINS IN
EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by upstream dam release continues to
  be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
  county, White.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Discharge from the Norway Dam exceeds 9,000 cubic feet per
    second.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING THROUGH
SATURDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Multiple
  rounds of rain and storms likely Saturday, which will renew
  concerns for areal and river flooding.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
  county, White.

* WHEN...From 11 PM EDT this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
  and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
