  Mississippi River Near Greenville affecting Issaquena, Washington,
   East Carroll and Chicot Counties.

  Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Wilkinson, Concordia and
  Adams Counties.

  Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Madison, Jefferson,
  Claiborne, Tensas and Warren Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 41.6
    feet early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Action stage is 36.0 feet.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Alabama, including the following
  county, Choctaw.

* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 243 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lisman, Cromwell, Mollie, Pushmataha, Halsell, Yantley,
    Jachin, West Butler and Pelham.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Arkansas River at Ozark Lock and Dam.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 355.5 feet, the river remains in its banks, but
  access to Okane Island may be cut off.
  At 357.0 feet, flooding affects agricultural use lands along the
  river downstream of the lock and dam in Franklin County. Gas
  fields are also subject to flooding downstream. Equipment and
  livestock should be moved to higher ground. North 5th Street in
  Logan County near the Six Mile Levee begins to flood and may cut
  off access to a nearby residence.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 355.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to near 355.5 feet
    by Saturday morning and then rise again to a crest of 356.9
    feet early Monday afternoon. The river will then remain near
    that level through Tuesday. Interests along the river should
    continue to closely monitor forecast updates.
  - Action stage is 355.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 357.0 feet.
