glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and West
Tennessee.
* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday evening commute.
