MORNING...

* WHAT...Visibility 1/4 mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, Big Bend and Panhandle
  Florida, and south central and southwest Georgia.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT /8 AM CDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The visibilities will be rising and falling
  through the morning leading to dense fog being brief at moments.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
