...High Risk of Rip Currents Atlantic Beaches...
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of
Mexico.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Thunderstorms: Isolated thunderstorms will be possible along the
eastern coast this afternoon.
Marine: A weakening northeasterly swell in the Atlantic waters will
result in cautionary marine conditions through today.
Rip Currents: There is a high risk of rip currents along the
Atlantic beaches today.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
The risk of rip currents will remain elevated across the Atlantic
beaches through the beginning of this week.
Scattered showers and storms remain possible through next week.
Periods of heavy rain will be possible and could lead to localized
flooding concerns, especially across the east coast metro areas.
