This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A storm system crossing the Great Plains may bring wintry
precipitation to parts of north central Nebraska tonight, including
very light snow and freezing drizzle and areas of fog. Little to no
snow accumulation is expected, however a light glaze of ice is
possible. The greatest threat for a light glaze is east of a line
from Burwell to Butte. Be prepared for slick conditions, especially
on untreated surfaces.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska and
northwest Kansas.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

A 10 to 15 percent chance for very light freezing drizzle this
evening for Norton and Graham counties in Kansas. Should this
develop, there could be a few slick spots on area roadways and
elevated surfaces.

Freezing Fog is forecast to develop later this evening through the
overnight hours along and east of a Trenton, Nebraska to Monument
Rocks line. Dense freezing fog may be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

Any freezing fog is forecast to end from west to east around mid
morning Saturday.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Saturday

Freezing drizzle or light freezing rain will spread north through
the region this evening with some roads along and south of I-80
becoming slick for the evening commute. Freezing rain will become
widespread tonight with some light snow and/or sleet mixing in
across portions of northeast Nebraska and west-central Iowa. Ice
accumulations will range from a few hundredths of an inch up to
two-tenths of an inch. Localized pockets of one-quarter inch or
slightly more are possible near or just north of I-80. Any snow
accumulation is expected to be a half inch or less.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday night through Friday

Light freezing rain, possibly mixed with light snow or sleet
could linger through Saturday morning generally north of I-80 and
east of U.S. 75.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

A mixture of light rain and freezing rain will develop late this
afternoon into this evening, continuing off and on through the
overnight. Please refer to the the Winter Weather Advisory for
more information.

A few rumbles of thunder are possible in areas southeast
of a line from Osborne, KS to Hebron, NE early Saturday morning.

Areas of dense fog are also possible late tonight into Saturday
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Rain and freezing rain ends from west to east Saturday morning.
Patchy dense fog may also linger through midday on Saturday.

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Windy conditions will develop today, peaking this evening and
overnight across the mountains, foothills and adjacent wind-prone
portions of the urban corridor. Peak gusts will likely reach 60+
mph in wind prone areas in the foothills.

The mountains will see snow showers becoming more numerous this
afternoon, gradually decreasing this evening. Some travel impacts
can be expected with slick roads over the higher mountain passes.
The more significant accumulations of 3-6 inches can be expected
in the Park Range, with lighter amounts toward the I-70 mountain
corridor through Summit County. Those snow showers decrease
overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Winds will decrease on Saturday, with mostly quiet conditions
across the region. A storm system should arrive Sunday into
Monday, leading to another increase in winds across the Front
Range mountains and foothills. Light snow showers will be possible
across the high country.

Another weak storm system could bring additional snow to the
mountains Tuesday.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A potentially impactful winter system will move from south to north
this afternoon and continue through Saturday. All types of
precipitation are expected (snow, freezing rain/drizzle/ sleet).
Most snow accumulations will be east of the James River Valley, and
most ice accumulations will be east of I-29. Less than an inch of
snow is expected. Ice accumulations will be highest south of
Edgerton/Fulda/Windom Minnesota and southeast of Highway 60.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Mixed wintry precipitation continues through Saturday morning,
tapering off Saturday afternoon.

Temperatures will be warmer for the weekend, in the mid 30s to low
40s. Multiple chances for light precipitation exist for the first
part of next week.
