* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following
  parishes, Assumption, Central Plaquemines, Central Tangipahoa,
  Coastal Jefferson Parish, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana,
  Eastern Ascension, Eastern Orleans, Iberville, Lower Jefferson,
  Lower Lafourche, Lower Plaquemines, Lower St. Bernard, Lower
  Tangipahoa, Lower Terrebonne, Northern Livingston, Northern St.
  Tammany, Northern Tangipahoa, Pointe Coupee, Southeast St.
  Tammany, Southern Livingston, Southwestern St. Tammany, St.
  Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. John The Baptist, Upper
  Jefferson, Upper Lafourche, Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard,
  Upper Terrebonne, Washington, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana,

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall remains
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central,
  northeast, south central, southeast, and southwest Mississippi,
  including the following areas, in central Mississippi, Attala,
  Choctaw, Copiah, Hinds, Leake, Madison MS, Rankin, Scott, Simpson
  and Smith. In east central Mississippi, Clarke, Jasper, Kemper,
  Lauderdale, Neshoba, Newton, Noxubee and Winston. In north central
  Mississippi, Webster. In northeast Mississippi, Clay, Lowndes and
  Oktibbeha. In south central Mississippi, Jefferson Davis,
  Lawrence, Lincoln and Marion. In southeast Mississippi, Covington,
  Forrest, Jones and Lamar. In southwest Mississippi, Adams,
  Claiborne, Franklin MS and Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Tropical Storm Francine will bring rounds of heavy rainfall
    totaling 4 to 6 inches with locally higher amounts. This will
    lead to flash flooding especially in urban and poor drainage
    areas.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
