* WHERE...Bailey, Cochran, Hockley, Lamb, Terry, Yoakum, and Parmer
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
  power outages may result. Patchy blowing dust may also result in
  localized visibility reductions.
