* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, including the following
  areas, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, Extreme
  Western Allegany and Western Garrett, Virginia, including the
  following areas, Albemarle, Augusta, Central Virginia Blue Ridge,
  Eastern Highland, Nelson, Rockingham and Western Highland, and
  eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern
  Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, Hardy, Western Grant,
  Western Mineral and Western Pendleton.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected through this
    evening. Some thunderstorms will contain heavy rainfall, with
    rainfall amounts around 1 to 3 inches possible within an hour
    or two. Storms may also train over the same areas causing the
    possibility for locally higher amounts around 5 cinhes within
    a few hours.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
  areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe and
  Noble, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny,
  Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations
  of Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia,
  including the following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Eastern
  Tucker, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston,
  Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western
  Tucker and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Storm drains and
  ditches may become clogged with debris. Extensive street flooding
  and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and
  streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Several periods of heavy rainfall possible Monday, with
    isolated amounts between 1 to 2 inches possible.

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

  - A nearly stationary frontal boundary will provide the focus
    for numerous rounds of showers and storms across the watch
    area. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with locally higher

  Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Roanoke and Rockbridge, and southeast West
  Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Greenbrier,
  Mercer, Monroe, Summers and Western Greenbrier.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

  - Showers and thunderstorms develop early this afternoon and
    into tonight. A nearby frontal boundary will provide focus
