HOLMES...SOUTHERN CARROLL...ATTALA AND SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES
THROUGH 615 PM CDT...

At 502 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bowling Green, or 7 miles northeast of Lexington, moving east at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  West and Emory around 510 PM CDT.
  Possumneck around 515 PM CDT.
  Vaiden around 520 PM CDT.
  Hesterville around 530 PM CDT.
  Poplar Creek around 540 PM CDT.
  French Camp around 555 PM CDT.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN LITTLE RIVER...
MARION...CASS...NORTHERN HARRISON AND BOWIE COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM
CDT...

At 455 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles northeast of De Kalb to near Harleton.
Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Texarkana, Atlanta, Wake Village, Ashdown, New Boston, Nash, Hooks,
Jefferson, Linden, Hughes Springs, De Kalb, Queen City, Redwater,
Maud, Red Lick, Ogden, Bivins, Lodi, Smithland, and Berea.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
