* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice may form on untreated or elevated
  surfaces.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of

* IMPACTS...Slippery spots may develop on untreated roads, bridges,
