hazardous seas 16 to 21 ft at 15 seconds expected.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM PST this
evening. For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10
AM PST Wednesday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM
