tonight. Seas remain steep 12 to 14 ft at 14 seconds.
* WHERE...All areas.

the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM PST

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or

* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, seas 15 to 20 ft at 15 seconds
and southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt. For
the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 13
to 17 ft at 14 seconds and west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts
up to 30 kt expected.
* WHERE...Portions of South Washington, North Oregon coastal
waters.
* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 7 PM PST this evening. Hazardous
Seas Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 4 AM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

of low pressure is tracking just NW of the WA water this
afternoon, and will move inland over British Columbia tonight.
High pressure will build behind the low pressure on Fri, and
persist into Sat. Another low pressure system will remain
centered W of the waters as it track N on Fri night into Sun.
It`s associated cold front is expected to slowly push E across
the waters Sat into Sun before stalling and weakening Mon. High
pressure will build in from the W late Mon and remain over the
