* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep
  seas 6 to 9 ft. Sunday afternoon, north winds increasing to
  gales 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt, and very steep seas
  10 to 15 ft.

* WHERE...Conditions hazardous to small craft will spread north of
  Cape Blanco by Saturday evening. Winds increase to gales with
  seas becoming very steep and hazardous Sunday into Monday. The
  strongest winds and steepest seas will be beyond 10 NM from
  shore.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to
  2 PM PDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 2 PM Sunday to 2 AM
  PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are possible.

PDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep
  seas 6 to 9 ft. This afternoon, north winds increasing to gales
  30 to 40 kt with a few gusts up to 55 kt and very steep,
  dangerous seas at 10 to 20 ft.

* WHERE...Conditions hazardous to small craft south of Cape
  Blanco through late Saturday afternoon will ramp up to gales
  and very steep seas Saturday night and persist through at
  least Monday evening. The strongest winds and steepest seas
  will be from Port Orford southward and beyond 2 NM from shore.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 2 AM
  PDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

  expected. For the Gale Watch, seas 7 to 12 ft at 11 seconds
  and north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt possible.

* WHERE...Portions of South Washington, North Oregon coastal
  waters.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 2 PM
  PDT Sunday. Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon through late
  Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased, but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.
