* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas
  13 to 17 ft. Tonight, south winds at 10 to 20 kt and very steep
  and hazardous seas 14 to 18 ft.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 5 AM to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.
  For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 11 PM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT
  Wednesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM to 5 PM PDT
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep

  seconds and south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. For
  the Gale Warning, seas 12 to 17 ft at 12 seconds and south winds
  25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt expected. Isolated storm-
  force gusts up to 50 kt possible. For the Hazardous Seas
  Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 14 to 19 ft at 14 seconds
  and south winds 20 to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM PDT this morning.
  Gale Warning, from 11 AM this morning to 2 AM PDT Wednesday.
  Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 AM Wednesday to 8 AM PDT
  Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  PDT this evening. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 11 PM this
  evening to 8 AM PDT Thursday.
