* WHERE...Johnston, Wayne, and Wilson Counties.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Black ice can lead to slick travel.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy freezing fog may also occur late
tonight through early Sunday morning. Some bridges and overpasses
may become slippery due to black ice.
