...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible into early Monday.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Wisconsin, including the following counties, in east central
Wisconsin, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan. In south central Wisconsin,
Columbia, Dane, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Lafayette, Marquette,
Rock and Sauk. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha,
Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha.
* WHEN...Through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional thunderstorms through today will be capable of
heavy rainfall. Any storms that train over areas for an
extended period of time will cause flash flooding.

counties, Clayton and Fayette and southwest Wisconsin, including
the following counties, Crawford, Grant and Richland.
* WHEN...Through 7 PM.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Potentially 2 to 4 inches of rain with localized totals up to
5 inches in southwest Wisconsin and parts of northeast Iowa
through the afternoon.

Carroll, Hancock, Henderson, Henry IL, Jo Daviess, Mercer, Rock
Island, Stephenson, Warren and Whiteside, Iowa, including the
following areas, Benton, Buchanan, Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Des
Moines, Dubuque, Henry IA, Iowa, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson,
Jones, Keokuk, Lee, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren and
Washington, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas,
Clark and Scotland.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Repeated rounds of thunderstorms are expected through the
period. Rainfall rates between 1 to 3 inches per hour are
possible with the strongest storms and may lead to flash
flooding. Area rivers may also start to flood due to runoff
from heavy rain.
