The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Okaloosa County in northwestern Florida...
  Northeastern Santa Rosa County in northwestern Florida...

* Until 845 PM CDT.

* At 546 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rock Creek, Belandville, McLellan and Sellersville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Florida and southwest Georgia, including the
  following counties, in Florida, Gadsden and Jackson. In southwest
  Georgia, Decatur and Seminole.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT /930 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 828 PM EDT /728 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5
    and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in the last 1 Hour.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches is possible over
    the area. This additional rain could result in additional
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Marianna, Chattahoochee, Sneads, Grand Ridge, Greenwood,
    Cypress, Drakes Still, Dellwood, Fairchild, Lake Seminole,
    Seminole State Park, Two Egg, Lovedale, Star, River Junction,
    Blue Spring, Hardin Heights, Jinks, Rosedale and Chipola
    Terrace.
