* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 5 ft expected. For the
  Gale Watch, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  waves 4 to 7 ft possible.

* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Monday to 4 AM
  CDT Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from late Monday night
  through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and waves.
