PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

The next statement will be issued late tonight at 400 AM EDT.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY FRIDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by excessive rainfall are
  expected.

* WHERE...Kentucky River at Heidelberg.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Friday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 16.2 feet Thursday morning.
    It will then fall to 15.8 feet Thursday evening, before
    rising to 16.0 feet again by Friday morning. It will then
    fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by excessive rainfall are
  expected.

* WHERE...Kentucky River near Ravenna.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Sunday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:20 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 16.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 18.0 feet Thursday evening.
    It will then fall to 17.6 feet early Friday afternoon, before
    hovering between 17.6 and 17.7 ft through Saturday morning.
    It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
