  expected.

* WHERE...Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, and Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 6 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
  hazardous conditions for small craft.
