* IMPACTS...A dense fog bank is tracking south across south central
  Nebraska and is resulting in a period of dense fog for potentially
  1 to 2 hours after it moves into the area. The fog is expected to
  gradually lift across all areas by later this morning. Low
  visibility to less than one quarter mile could make driving
  conditions hazardous.
