* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts over 55 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...For counties generally along and north of I-80 across
  portions of central, east central, and south central Nebraska

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
