CST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Dickinson, Geary, Lyon, Morris, Clay, Cloud, Ottawa,
  Republic, Washington, and Riley Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Small
  tree limbs could be blown down too. Isolated power outages may
  result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution while driving.
