...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following
  counties, Clay, Craighead, Greene, Mississippi and Poinsett,
  Southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Dunklin and
  Pemiscot, and West Tennessee, including the following counties,
  Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Two to four inches of rainfall with isolated higher amounts
    are possible across the watch area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, including the following
  areas, Alexander, Gallatin, Hardin, Johnson, Massac, Pope,
  Pulaski, Saline, Union and Williamson, southwest Indiana,
  including the following areas, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh and
  Warrick, western Kentucky, including the following areas, Ballard,
  Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Daviess,
  Fulton, Graves, Henderson, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Lyon,
  Marshall, McCracken, McLean, Muhlenberg, Todd, Trigg, Union KY and
  Webster, and southeast Missouri, including the following areas,
  Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Mississippi, New
  Madrid, Ripley, Scott, Stoddard and Wayne MO.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  - A forecast of widespread rains of 1.5 to 2.5 inches across
    the Watch area. Localized higher totals in the 3 to 4 inch
    range are possible.
