* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 35 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, and Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
  hazardous conditions for small craft.
