...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of North Idaho, including the following counties,
  Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, Latah and Shoshone and
  Washington, including the following counties, Pend Oreille,
  Spokane, Stevens and Whitman.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks, including Paradise
  Creek. Water may seep into basements and ponding of water over
  roads will be possible. Steep terrain will also see an increased
  risk for rock slides.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A moderately strong atmospheric river event beginning late
    Monday night and continuing into early Thursday will bring
    milder temperatures with rising snow levels. The combination
    of melting snow at low to mid elevations with moderate to
    heavy rain may lead to excessive runoff.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of North Central Washington, including the
  following county, Chelan.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. An
  increase risk for rock slides in steep terrain is possible as well.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A moderately strong atmospheric river event beginning late
    Monday afternoon through Wednesday will bring milder
    temperatures with rising snow levels. Snow will transition to
    rain except for the highest mountain peaks. The combination
    of melting snow at low to mid elevations with moderate to
    heavy rain may lead to excessive runoff.

many rivers will reach flood stage late Monday night or Tuesday.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington,
  including the following counties, in northwest Washington,
  Clallam, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, San Juan,
  Skagit and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King, Lewis,
  Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston.

* WHEN...Through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding
  of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Excessive rainfall Monday and Tuesday with 7 to 10 inches
    possible over the Olympics, 5 to 9 inches over the Cascades,
    3 to 5 inches along the coast and 1.5 to 3 inches over the
    interior lowlands. Snow levels will rise to around 9000 feet
    Monday night before dropping Tuesday.
