  Odessa, Quincy, Ephrata, Ritzville, Coulee City, and Creston.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
