...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Flathead
County through 330 PM MDT...

At 254 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Whitefish, or 16 miles northwest of Evergreen, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Half-inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Whitefish and Columbia Falls.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 2 between mile markers 134 and 140.
 Highway 93 N between mile markers 125 and 130, and between mile
markers 133 and 136.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
