...EXTREME HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT MONDAY...
...EXTREME HEAT WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions
  with heat index values up to 112. For the Extreme Heat Watch,
  dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
  Missouri, and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 10 PM CDT Monday. For
  the Extreme Heat Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
