...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Fayette and
  Madison. In southwest Ohio, Clinton. In west central Ohio, Clark
  and Greene.

* WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 653 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding
    in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have
    fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
    possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Xenia, Cedarville, Sabina, Jamestown, South Charleston,
    Jeffersonville, Wilberforce, South Solon, Bowersville, Port
    William, Clifton, Milledgeville, Octa, Bell Center, Rosemoor,
    Shady Grove, Gladstone, Interstate 71 at US Route 35, Selma
    and Bloomington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit
your report via social media, when you can do so safely.

  Franklin and Pickaway.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 652 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5
    and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
    of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Columbus, Lancaster, Grove City, Pickerington, Circleville,
    Canal Winchester, Groveport, Ashville, Baltimore, Buckeye
    Lake, South Bloomfield, Millersport, Williamsport,
    Pleasantville, New Holland, Fairfield Beach, Obetz,
    Commercial Point, Royalton and Lithopolis.

    heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5
    and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of
    0.5 to 2 inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Washington Court House, Wilmington, London, Sabina, Mount
    Sterling, Jeffersonville, Bloomingburg, New Holland,
    Staunton, Midway, Interstate 71 at State Route 38, Madison
    Mills, Bookwalter, Chenoweth, Jasper Mills, Pancoastburg,
    Plano, Newport, Madison Lake and Big Plain.
