...LOW WATER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST FRIDAY...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
  levels. For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25
  knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 2 to 5 feet.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
  Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 4 AM EST Friday. For
  the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West winds have resulted in low water on
  the western basin of Lake Erie. As of 930 PM EST, the water
  level at Toledo was 10 inches below low water datum, which is
  more than 5 inches below the critical mark for safe naviation.
  Water levels will slowly begin to rise during the day Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST FRIDAY...
...GALE WARNING IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...During the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
  levels. During the Small Craft Advisory, expect sustained
  winds up to 23 knots from the west with gusts up to 31 knots.
  The largest significant waves will be 3 feet with a potential
  maximum wave height of 4 feet.

* WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to
  North Cape MI.

* WHEN...During the Low Water Advisory, the maximum winds are
  expected around 2 PM EST Thursday with the largest waves
  expected around 2 PM EST Thursday. During the Small Craft
  Advisory, the maximum winds are expected around 3 PM EST
  Thursday with the largest waves expected around 3 PM EST
  Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West winds have resulted in low water on
  the western basin of Lake Erie. As of 2:30 PM EST, the water
  level at Toledo was 4 inches above low water datum. The critical
  mark for safe naviation is 5 inches below low water datum. The
  water level is expected to lower to near the critical mark this
  evening into early tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
