  inches. Locally higher amounts possible across Eastern Monongalia
  county. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Forest, Jefferson PA, Higher Elevations
  of Indiana, and Indiana Counties. In West Virginia, Ridges of
  Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston County.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday commutes.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult with snow and slush covered
  roads and reduced visibility. This will be a wet, dense snow that
  may bring down a few tree limbs and result in isolated power
  outages.

  lower elevations.
