through the early morning hours. For the High Wind Warning,
southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph are expected.
* WHERE...Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington.
* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 6 AM PST early this
morning. For the High Wind Warning, from 7 AM this morning to 2 PM
PST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,

* WHERE...Waha, Alpowa Summit, Winchester, Craigmont, and Soldiers
Meadow Road.
* WHEN...From 7 AM to 2 PM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 70% chance for gusts greater than
60 mph across western Lewis and southern Nez Perce County
including Waha, along the Snake River between Asotin and
Rogersburg, and Highway 129 from Asotin southward. For remaining
areas, wind gusts will be between 30 and 50 mph including Highway
12 between Pomeroy and Clarkston.
