* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...Adams, Lancaster, and York Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will arrive around daybreak on
  Tuesday morning with snow likely at onset and then a transition to
  freezing rain thereafter. Freezing rain is most likely along and
  south of the US-30 corridor. Precipitation should end by noon.
