* WHERE...Portions of southeast Maryland, northeast North Carolina,
  and central, east central, eastern, south central, and southeast
  Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roads or bridges may become slick as
  temperatures fall below freezing tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
