SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey,
  temperatures as low as 34 degrees will result in frost formation.
  For the High Wind Watch, northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts
  near 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Ocean and Southeastern Burlington Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For
  the High Wind Watch, from Sunday morning through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles. Frost could harm sensitive
  outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
  uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
