* WHAT...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, tidal overflow
  flooding expected. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory,
  tidal overflow flooding expected.

* WHERE...In Oregon, Clatsop County Coast. In Washington, South
  Washington Coast.

* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 AM to 3 PM
  PST Friday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 AM
  to 3 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Total tide of up to 11.3 feet at Toke Point and up to
  10.6 feet at Tongue Point will result in minor flooding up to
  one foot above ground level during high tides in low lying areas
  near bays, sloughs, and in the lower reaches of coastal rivers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Advisory means that tidal overflow flooding is
expected. Coastal residents in the warned area should be alert
for rising water, and take appropriate action to protect life and
property.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 3 PM PST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal
  flooding expected. Inundation of 2 to 2.5 feet above ground
  level is possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas.
  For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding
  expected. Inundation of around 2 feet above ground level is
  possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor County Coast zone.

* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 AM to 3 PM
  PST Friday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 AM
  to 3 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is
  expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of
  parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road
  closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coastal flooding will occur in the hours
  around high tide, at around 1200 PM Friday and Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Inundation above ground level refers to the height above the Mean
Higher High Water (MHHW) level.
