...GALE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO NOON PDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous
  seas 14 to 18 ft at 14 seconds. Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with
  gusts up to 30 kt. For the Gale Warning, south to southwest
  winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. Seas 14 to 18
  ft at 14 seconds.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR
  out 10 NM, Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR
  out 10 NM, Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from
  10 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR
  from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 AM PDT Friday. Gale
  Warning, from 2 AM to noon PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until noon PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port
until hazardous seas subside.

...GALE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 2 PM PDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
  hazardous seas 14 to 18 ft at 14 seconds. For the Gale
  Warning, southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt
  and seas 14 to 19 ft at 14 seconds expected.

* WHERE..Winds and seas increase all areas between Florence and
  Pt. St. George through this evening. While Gales can be expected
  anywhere, the strongest winds will be from Brookings to Cape
  Blanco out 10 miles. Meanwhile, the tallest and steepest seas
  will be from Gold Beach northward out to 30 nm.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 AM PDT Friday.
  For the Gale Warning, from 2 AM to 2 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or
secure the vessel for severe conditions.
