* AFFECTED AREA...Central Arizona Deserts.
* TIMING...Late this morning through early this evening.
* WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent.
* IMPACTS...Fuels are very dry and fire danger is high. These
conditions combined with low relative humidity and strong
winds will lead to widespread hazardous fire weather
conditions.

MOUNTAINS DUE TO STRONG WINDS, LOW HUMIDITY AND AN UNSTABLE AIR
MASS...
.An upper trough deepening over the Great Basin will spread strong
winds and dry, unstable air over portions of western New Mexico
today, especially along and west of the Continental Divide. Above
normal warmth will also continue today. While humidities increase
later this evening, stronger winds at mountain top levels will
linger tonight through Sunday.

this evening.
* AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101) and West Central
Mountains (Zone 105) from early this afternoon through early
this evening, especially along and west of the Continental
Divide.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...South to southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to
around 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging from 10 to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
