* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 5 PM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
