* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave
plenty of distance ahead of you. Be especially cautious in school
zones and watch for children and the flashing lights of school buses.
