* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts of 25 to 30 mph.
Isolated gusts up to 35 mph remain possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia and central South
Carolina.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
