  Green River Basin, and Upper Green River Basin Foothills.

* WHEN...From midnight Sunday Night to 8 AM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Freeze conditions could damage sensitive vegetation and
  possibly unprotected outdoor plumbing.
