  Southeastern Scott County in southwestern Virginia...
  Southwestern Washington County in southwestern Virginia...
  The Southwestern City of Bristol in southwestern Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 512 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kingsport, Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Mountain City, Gate City,
    Weber City, Walnut Hill, South Holston Dam and Sadie.
