Thunderstorms this afternoon can be strong and heavy, with strong to
damaging damaging wind gusts, hail and localized flash flooding
possible.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Allegheny Front
counties in western Maryland, eastern West Virginia, and Highland
County Virginia.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of western Maryland and
the eastern panhandle of West Virginia from early Wednesday
morning through late Wednesday night.
Elsewhere, a few instances of flooding are possible today.
Although uncertainty is high, the potential exists for multiple
rounds of showers and a few thunderstorms with heavy rain. The
main concern would be with the round this morning and then again
this evening. Given recent rainfall, the area remains somewhat
saturated and more vulnerable to flooding.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

A Flood Watch is in effect for Greene, Madison, and Rappahannock
Counties including the Northern Virginia Blue Ridge from early
Wednesday morning through late Wednesday evening.
Elsewhere, a few instances of flooding are possible today.
